Tailored Web Redesign Strategy
Queens University of Charlotte, a four-year private college, recently introduced the Yes/And Promise as part of a three-year strategic plan to ensure students engage in a unique combination of experiences, both in and out of the classroom. When the Queens team reached out to iFactory, they needed their website to reflect their creative ideas for recruiting college students.

We focused the redesign on what Queens was doing right: a 9:1 student-to-professor ratio, an extensive study abroad and internship program, and collaborative research initiatives. We expanded upon the existing tagline “Yes/And” and created a cohesive content strategy that highlighted the school’s expansive approach to education.
CHOOSE YOUR PATH
Customizing the User Experience
Through extensive IA/UX discovery we created Choose Your Path, a visual, quiz-like tool that customized the browsing experience based on the type of user (e.g., Freshman, Adult Undergraduate, etc.) We also transformed Queens’ print-oriented brand guidelines into a refined and modern digital experience.
